OWNERSHIP
You own the work, end to end
Architecture — structure the code, pick patterns, scale it
Technical design — work with product & design, no specs from above
Delivery — from problem discussion to production deploy
CO-OWN & CONTRIBUTE
Beyond shipping code
R&D → Production — ship statistical models to 500+ brands
Sales loop — join client calls to know what to build
Recruiting — help identify and evaluate tech talent
Quality — define how we ship code here
